• Designs, images, fonts, spreadsheets, text, Canva share links, and other content you submit to the Service.
• Messages and feedback you send to us.

• IP address, request times, and security or error logs.
• Feature usage and generation history needed to operate and improve the Service.

3. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Bulkizy.
• Create accounts and authenticate users.
• Import designs and generate requested creative variants and exports.
• Send waitlist, invitation, service, and support emails.
• Prevent abuse, investigate errors, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. User content

Bulkizy processes your content only to provide the features you request. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information that is not necessary for your design.

5. Service providers

We rely on service providers to operate Bulkizy. They process information according to their own terms and privacy policies and only for the services they provide to us.

• Supabase: authentication and database services.
• Resend: waitlist, invitation, and transactional email delivery.
• Canva: source designs when you submit a public Canva share link.
• Cloudflare and configured storage providers: application delivery and file storage.

6. Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access, access controls, and encrypted network connections where the Service is deployed. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Retention

We retain account information and user content while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Operational logs and generated files may be retained for security, support, and service delivery. We may retain limited information when required by law or to resolve disputes.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

9. Browser storage

Bulkizy uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and preserve application state. We do not use advertising cookies. Disabling essential storage may prevent account features from working.

Bulkizy is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the Service.

11. International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
