SVG is useful when a design must scale without becoming blurry or when its text, shapes, and images need to remain separate elements.
1. Create a public Canva view link
Open the design in Canva and create a share link that allows anyone with the link to view it. The converter cannot access private designs or your Canva account.
2. Convert the design
Open the free Canva to SVG converter, paste the public view link, and select Convert Canva to SVG.

3. Download the result
A single-page design downloads as one SVG file. A design with multiple pages downloads as a ZIP containing one SVG per page.
What remains editable?
Text, basic shapes, SVG graphics, and images remain separate elements. Some Canva-only effects, masks, animations, or font metrics can look different outside Canva, so check the exported file before using it in production.
The resulting SVG can be opened in a browser or imported into design tools that support SVG.
